CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Call for Workshop, Tutorial, Special Session, Panel and Keynote Proposals are all due on Monday May 5, 2024.

WORKSHOP PROPOSALS: ICCAD provides a vibrant and supportive environment for small to medium-sized affiliated workshops. Typical workshops are one-day events on the Thursday of ICCAD. All workshop proposals should be sent to Tsung-Yi Ho, the workshop Chair, at tyho@cse.cuhk.edu.hk.

TUTORIAL PROPOSALS: All ICCAD tutorials are embedded in the main technical program and free to conference attendees, providing value to attendees and a good audience for presenters. Typical tutorials run 1.5-2 hours, although longer tutorials (consisting of two session blocks of 1.5-2 hours each) may be considered. Tutorial proposals should not exceed two pages, should describe the topic and intended audience, and must include a list of suggested participants/speakers with biographical data. Proposals should focus on the state-of-the-art in a specific area of broad interest amongst ICCAD attendees. All tutorial proposals should be submitted through SoftConf submission and questions can be addressed to Ismail Bustany, Tutorial and Special Sessions Chair, at ismail.bustany@amd.com

    • (5) an explicit confirmation that each speaker indeed is available to attend ICCAD and present.
  • Any changes to the above will have to be approved by the Tutorial and Special Sessions Chair approval in email and cc ICCAD program managers for records.
  • Violations of the above will result in the entire session, talks, or papers (or some part of it) being removed from the ICCAD program/proceedings.
  • For no-shows of the designated speakers, their corresponding talks/papers will be removed from the ICCAD program/proceedings.
  • All speakers will need to register for the ICCAD program.
